The workshop is open for all adult persons - citizens of EU countries, Norway, Turkey, Liechtenstein and Iceland with interest in national and European culture and history, as well as to people with broad artistic and historic interests, in particular people who would like to broaden their knowledge in an international context. We encourage participants who have not taken part in an international event like this before; as well as participants from disadvantaged social groups (long-term unemployed, people living in rural or economically disadvantaged areas, representatives of ethnic or other minorities, people over 50 years). No prior experience is needed. Working language of the workshop is English. Participants coming from different countries all over Europe will have a lively interaction, gathering plenty of intercultural experience and knowledge. To keep the workshop really international only 2 - 3 participants from each country are allowed.
In the selection process we pay attention to a balanced proportion and variety of gender, age, ethnicity, culture, geographical location, and interests.
We are expecting 15 participants taking part in our workshop.
